Job Description
In this position, you will be focusing on assembly/test manufacturing Yield data analysis and/or Yield data integration. Your responsibilities will include but not limit to: - Factory Process Yield single point of contact. Setup goal of Process Induced Yield Losses (PIYL) for high volume products in manufacturing and new product under NPI. On top of method to measure factory process yield performance. - Interact with Assembly Engineering/Test Engineering/Product Engineering/Material Engineering/Quality and Reliability Engineering and manufacturing organizations to drive improvements to maintain best in class process yield under Assembly/Test Manufacturing organization. - Chair visual mechanical Integrated Module Team (IMT) to integrate whole line process yield picture for not only HVM but also new product introduction to ATM. Lead and drive to solve integrated issues that impact process yield or yield issues with unclear ownership to root cause. - Play as interface to Assembly Test Development Division's Yield function and ATM Process Yield Management team, define PIYL transfer targets and drive to achieve end-of-life performance at early stage of volume ramping. - Play actively to drive and absorb automation solutions to expedite data analysis to address yield loss signals. Proactively to contain and stop bleeding of assembly and test process in timely manner.
Qualifications
You should possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering background with experience in Process, equipment and material science. Semiconductor automation experience is preferable. Additional qualifications include: 1. A good understanding on semiconductor, assembly/test and high vol. manufacturing process, Process Control System, Excursion Management procedures, Data Extraction and Data Analysis Tools. 2. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills in the complicated process flow, equipment and material interactions. 3. Good analytical capabilities as well as a solid teamwork orientation and outstanding communication skills. 4. Good articulation and presentation in English to present problem statement, modular base problem solving with data.
