Business Function

DBS Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client&rsquos needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
  • ­Own, define and design the overall Digital Strategy roadmap for HK Private Bank business
  • Develop deep knowledge of the competitor landscape (both direct and indirect competitors) to develop competitive advantage and continuously refine our digital asset for HK Private Bank
  • Drive business value on digital channels by defining, tracking, monitoring and analyzing digital KPIs metrics across Private Bank business, and come up with ideas to effectively achieve digital KPIs progressively
  • Improve usability of Digital Platform for PB customers and stakeholder

Project Management
  • Take the role of Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Wealth Platform changes related to Client-Facing and Client-Servicing Digital Platform
  • ­Represent HK Private Bank for Client-Facing and Client-Servicing Digital Platform projects. Generate and gather requirements from HK Private Bank business users and stakeholders
  • ­Plan, drive and keep track of multiple digital platform project deliverables for the wealth management business and conduct early escalation on potential delay
  • ­Manage internal (business, support, product managers & technology teams) and external (partners and vendors) stakeholders on delivery timeline of digital platform initiatives & enhancements. Reduce & minimize project delay by adopting appropriate project management methodologies
  • ­Arrange training sessions to end users on digital platform enhancements and initiatives
  • ­Coordinate and/or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital platform change

Platform Support & Service Manager
  • ­Trusted advisor and functional usage owner for processes and system enhancements for Digital Platform for Private Bank users. Coordinate and resolve urgent production queries from Private Bank Front Office or customers
  • Arrange Digital Platform support model, contact points & resources and provide direct assistance to PB users whenever required
  • Establish mechanisms to structurally identify and prevent issues encountered by customers

Requirements
  • Bachelor&rsquos Degree or above in Business-related major, or Computer Science
  • 8 years or above direct experience in project management and / or as a business analyst for digital platforms
  • 8 years or above banking/wealth management expertise
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Ability to demonstrate capability in achieving significant outcomes through influence and persuasion of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability and strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well with teams & stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
