Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.   • Orchestrate the Industry Vertical ecosystem by co-creating integrated solutions and driving adoption
  • Originate opportunities and drive impact from the ecosystem partnerships
  • Support managers and department head to formulate and drive partnership strategy and digital roadmap

  • Understand client pain points, identify and establish ecosystem partnership with external business partners to co-create digital solutions and resolve client pain points
  • Act as a partnership manager and own the end-to-end partnership management cycle that covers partner onboarding, terms negotiation and co-creating solution
  • Design campaign and marketing program to commercialize ecosystem partnership solution
  • Guide Relationship Managers and sales team to close complex deals using partnership solution, monitor and report business performance
  • Conduct iterative research on market trends, innovative products, competition landscape and customer voice
  • Support overall program governance and business review
  • Maintain close collaboration with in country and regional stakeholders according to partnership governance framework
  • Plan and develop DBS Digital Service Platform
  • Drive and track multi-channel promotion of ecosystem solutions with data

  • Degree holder with 8+ years&rsquo relevant experience with proven track record of project management, client management and product management, pricing & commercialization
  • Understanding of innovative propositional trends including open-API, digital payment, e-commerce, ERP & TMS system
  • Experienced in managing complex data to draw insights and formulate commercialization strategy
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments
  • Good understanding of institutional banking technology, products, and operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, determined and adaptable personality, able to work in a matrix structure
  • Creative and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as AVP
