Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Position Summary and Objective
  • Drive department wide digital cross-sell and up-sell of various products including loans, cash management, treasury/corporate wealth management etc. with various product teams and co-design market leading propositions and offerings
  • Guide and influence Relationship Managers on best practices and approaches
  • Develop best in class digital approach to reach customers directly with the right products at the right place, right time, right channel
  • Ensure feedback is captured from all sources and work with data team and product teams to synthe feedback for insights to continuously improve the sales funnel

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cross-sell/up-sell initiatives and strategies for business banking segment
  • Help maximize client&rsquos wallet share at portfolio level
  • Ability to work with data and formulate insights to finetune propositions and product bundling
  • Champion product bundling
  • Champion advisory based on working capital requirements
  • Study customer segments and be able to formulate strategies to approach clients with the right products at the right time via the right channel
  • Plan for re-targeting and re-marketing using an omni channel approach
  • Draw up cross-sell blueprint with cross functional alignment and set up regular cadences to review results and implementation milestones with several stakeholders
  • De-bottleneck issues and solve obstacles

  • Prior experience of min 3 years as Corporate Banking RM or Product Sales preferred
  • Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of financial services products
  • Interest in digital and data ability to analyse data and cull insights for finetuning
  • Outgoing and enjoy interactions
  • Ability to influence others with strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
