Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Descriptions
  • Ensure production problems are resolved and properly followed up to minimize the business impact
  • Manage and drive storage related projects and/or initiatives when required.
  • Review and approve all change requests related to the tower.
  • Monitor and review infrastructure services provided by outsourcing vendor under the tower and consistent with industry practices.
  • Ensure infrastructure service provided by service provider is compliant with audit and information security requirements.
  • Ensure capacity planning exercise is carried out in order to address our business needs.
  • Ensure the operability and the execution of Open Systems related disaster recovery plans
  • Manage mainframe related service level review

  • Bachelor Degreein Information Technology or related discipline is preferred
  • Minmum 7 years of experiencein IT orbanking industry and familiar with banking technologies
  • Extensive experience invendor management,technical support on Wintel, AIX, Linux, Solaris open systems platform, Virtual Machine (VM) platform, Storage Area Network (SAN) and data centre operation
  • Experience in problem and change management processesand project management
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint usage
  • O365 and cloud working environment is a plus
