Accountabilities- Manage and develop the CBG Operating Model Development team.
- Responsible for managing the design and development of the end-to-end operating model under the phygital model by partnering with CBG business units
- Lead the deep-dive analysis and workshop on the as-is offline operating processes from an end-to-end perspective to identify pain points and process gaps
- Drive and facilitate all respective stakeholders to develop resolutions to address pain points and process gaps
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end digital / branch (phygital) operating processes to address the pain points/gaps with an aim to improve better customer experience, operating efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements & corporate guidelines and adequate control to mitigate potential risks.
- Provide advice to ensure respective operation procedures and manuals being updated according to the following:-
- Post implementation incidents
- Regulatory change gap analysis
- Internal audit or regulatory onsite examination
- Regional Operating Handbook
- Country Addendum update
- Lead process reimagination initiatives for business units to improve the employee experience and work efficiency
- Act as the project lead for CBG COO on strategic initiatives assigned to the team in support of CBG business operations
Requirements- Preferably university degree in law, business or accounting with relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proven, strong leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to think strategically, analytically and across many dimensions
- Anticipates potential business / technical problems and actively performs conflict resolution and negotiation to implement innovative and effective solutions
- Strong banking, financial, compliance, control & regulatory knowledge
- Strong understanding of project management and model development skills
- Working knowledge and experience in banking operations, process re-egnineering, sales process
- More than 12 years of in Banking and Finance
