Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Assist in managing Customer Relationship programs to generate awareness, volume, and revenue by utilizing multiple communications channels and collaborating with internal stakeholders


  • Manage the development and execution of customer-facing materials
  • Act as a main point of contact to brief the agency on objectives, messaging, and strategy to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with PR objectives and nurture media relationship
  • Develop pre- & post-analysis for management review, including budget and expense reports
  • Assist in organizing, supporting and coordinating customer events and sponsorship programs

Product Marketing

  • Participate in user acceptance tests (UATs) to ensure usability of technology tools
  • Coordinate internally to perform regular maintenance of services and products
  • Support go-to-market strategy
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business or other related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proficient in in Microsoft office applications
  • Active team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
