Job Description

Responsible for Business Development activities for assigned Enterprise Accounts at parent and regional level, including souring, analysis, development, and support of large Asian customers requiring non-stand or customized services.


  1. Liaise with existing customer’s staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations.

  2. Lead discussions on QPR meetings with customers.

  3. Maintain accurate reports of customer’s sales performance. 

  4. Maintain a listing of target customers in each Asian Country using available resources.

  5. Develop CPR strategies with Enterprise Account Executives and International Account Managers on existing and potential customers.

  6. Coordinate sales and account development activities between different countries and Regions.

  7. Maintain an up-to-date listing of future dates of tenders and bids.

  8. Define and understand customer short-term and long-term needs.

  9. Offer direction and assistance to the Enterprise Accounts Executives or Country Sales Managers for those countries without Enterprise Accounts resources.

  10. Maintain an up-to-date database of customer activities using available database tools.

  11. Build and solidify business relationship with key customer personnel.


  1. Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred in Management, Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  2. Demonstrate strong sales aptitude by scoring 5 or higher on SSN/MMS sales assessment.

  3. Previous experience of having successful engagements with other UPS business subsidiaries including e-commerce.

  4. Demonstrates ability to sell to Senior-Level Executives

  5. Proven track record of making sales plan objectives in previous assignments
