Job Description

The Operation Management Trainee is to cultivate operation talents for management positions.

This trainee needs to do job rotation in the operation centers and Hub, working as an Operation Assistant, Sorter, Clerk and so on so forth. Then he/she could have a general idea about what and how operation works.

After one year rotation, if any vacant management positions in center, he/she could apply for after passes related assessment.

Requirements

•Gradate from Business or logistic and Supply Chain Management Degree Level Program

•Work experience not mandatory

•Must be proficient in English (including Reading Comprehension, Listening, Spoken)

•Has the capability to drive manual shift vehicle

•Willingness to relocate of all China

When rotate to hub, will take night shift for around 3-4 weeks for better comprehend the entire hub operation process

•Internal Applications subject to same criteria as external –who will apply via MCO (internal management promotion process)

•If Internal Applicant is Grade as Supervisor then Developmental Assignment business rules will apply
