1.Manages and streamlinesprocesses on the day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensuresthe employee service is delivered efficiently and effectively. This alsoincludes overseeing the on/off boarding activities such as new hire induction,probation, transfer, exit, termination, etc.
2.Provides support and actas subject matter expert in the execution of existing HR Guidelines and tomaintain HR policy, procedure and related programs.
3.Continuously driveimprovements in vendor management duties including but not limited to Chinapayroll and benefit providers. Ensure high standard of data accuracy andcompliance are in place.
4.Maintains and analyzes HRdata, provide in-depth insights/reports on employee trend/issues includingturnover & headcount report to support critical HR actions.
5.Plays a critical role incollaborating with business management, Region COE, and HRBP
6.Works with HRBP andexternal partners to manage compensation and benefits delivery, including (butnot limited to) mandatory benefits, fringe benefits supplementary medicalinsurance, etc.;
7.Collaborates with Payrollteam to manage the payroll process. Acts the key contact person for employeeson the facilitation of clarifications related to HR policies, procedures andbenefits.
8.Partner with Region COEteam to implement the business & HR strategic plans through innovative HRsolutions, policies and programs.
9. Monitorcompetitive trends to identify market competitiveness and providerecommendations to Region Compensation management.
10. Coordinates and providesconsultation on the review of Salary Administration Guidelines specific to thelocal regulations and market practices
11. Completes CompensationAnalysis and provide recommendations on salary reviews of employees
12. Participates in theanalysis, recommendations and reviews of compensation projects.
