Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Auditing and Compliance Monitoring
  • Assist the Branch Manager to improve the effectiveness of the sales process through leadership, education, existing monitoring and effective remedial action Control and compliance quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, standards, guidelines and procedures and those made by local regulatory agencies, especially those applicable to the opening of new accounts, loan application, approval and filing processes .

Sales and Customer Experience Management
  • Assist the branch manager to lead and drive individual and team-based sales performance to achieve the various assigned Business volume targets for personal banking products.
  • Manage and facilitate the growth of branch portfolio product performance by providing excellent customer service to existing and new customers.
  • Ensures that sales planning and activities are properly executed to optimize sales capacity and efficiency.
  • Prompt response to customer specific requests.
  • Report customer feedback and market competition to the sub-branch president, and put forward suggestions on sales strategies, strategic promotions, etc.

Channel management of new customer sources
  • Building and expanding business channels and networks to explore new business opportunities.
  • Deepen working relationships with partner channels.

Talent Management and Development
  • Training, developing and coaching account executive teams in product/marketing and sales skills to improve their engagement with customers professional competence.
  • Supervises the day-to-day performance of the branch account manager team and maintains employee discipline.
  • Maintain clear and immediate communication with employees to provide motivation and support to encourage them to meet targets.
  • Builds trust and morale among team members and handles employee issues fairly.

  • Professional degree, preferably in business or finance.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in managing and leading subordinates.
  • Mandarin must be fluent.
  • Subject to local regulations regarding the sale of regulated products in China.
