Roles and Responsibilities:   
  • Drive different projects / initiatives to develop learning solutions to meet / facilitate business needs
  • Responsible to work in partnership with BDMs on the design and delivery of best-in-class learning programs, development of learning capabilities and implementation of professional learning solutions to Bank Partner
  • Possess business-driven mindset and develop effective learning solutions and sales pitches and tactics for frontline staff in Bank Partner
  • Identify the learning needs of the sales platform of the partners and develop the learning programs and roadmap to better equip frontline staff in the Bank Partner with different skills
  • Ensure the design of the learning materials and delivery of the learning solution meet the objective of the target audience
  • Conduct regular/ad-hoc/need-based review and refinement to existing/new learning solutions to continuously uplift delivery quality

Minimum Job Requirements:           
  • University graduate with at least 5 years’ insurance sales experience, preferably with bank’s frontline experience
  • Relevant experience on coaching and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
  • With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred
  • Good spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
