Position Scope:
Develop selling skill related training materials and deliver training courses. (80%)
Design selling skill training curriculum and contents
Carry out targeted entry to mid-level training courses such as Business etiquette, Communication skill, professional selling skill, Negotiation skill, Analytical thinking, Situational selling, Channel management
Regularly organize, update and optimize sales scripts, and organize script drills and objectives clearance
Discover successful selling cases among BAMs, and convert to selling tools. Coach sales teams to practice for field promotion
Motivate and coach new sales staff to enhance selling confidence & communication efficiency to clients
Update selling skill/soft skill training needs on regular basis, optimize current training curriculum and training materials
Assist cross-function in the organization and implementation of various innovative training projects (20%)
Assist campus hiring program to deliver selling skill/soft skill courses
Collaborate with Corporate trainer to bridge advanced training courses
Leverage marketing activity resource, i.e. mid-year or annual meeting, to tailor made and facilitate selling skill/soft skill workshops
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and deliver a professional soft skill training courses for sales staff
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness
  • Follow up the training effect, continuously optimize and build the sales staff growth model
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales tools and promotional materials

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Have a certain understanding of the Pharma industry will be preferred
  • At least 5 Years industry as architectures, Petrochemical , chemical engineering, chemical machinery or bioproduction working experience. A minimum of 2 years sales training planning, organization, professional system construction and course development experience will be preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Have strong training project planning ability, familiar with sales business and sales ability model
  • Good at effectively analysing and diagnosing market problems, and proposing effective solutions
  • Strong written and oral expression skills, good speech skills, passion, quick thinking, strong affinity and appeal
  • Extreme enthusiasm for training, strong ability to withstand pressure, and ability to innovate
