Job Description


  • Primary Role to cater application support Business critical Front Office Risk to Trader & back office feed delivery.
  • Raise Production incidents and mitigate the risk of Production outages for smooth operations of Trade risk Management applications.
  • Initiate problem tickets for reoccurring issues and ensure required code fix is driven from development.
  • Liaise with engineering development and support staff to analyze product malfunctions requiring engineering action, assists with escalations and delivers the results to stake holders
  • Ensure that the application SLA is met and issues / queries are resolved within the timeline based on the priority.
  • Troubleshooting a solution for our in house application. will be interacting with our clients all over the globe on need basis.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives.
  • Assist with planning and testing of application, configuration and database changes, and installation of upgrades and patches and update production support documentation
  • Trouble-shooting production incidents requiring detailed analysis of issues on web applications, batch jobs, and databases
  • Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provides fix recommendations to the development team
  • Support applications in production. Note interruptions or bugs in operation and perform problem solving exercise to determine problem and ensure continued use of the application
  • Create, develop, and track solutions to application errors reported
  • Note interruptions or bugs in operation and carry out mitigation / problem management
  • Stabilize application by identifying potential risk in support and process and thereby promote business trading.
  • The major part of the work included constant analysis, system monitoring and responding to customer queries and to critical business problems.
  • SLA adherence with respect to keeping clients happy
