Our client is now looking for temporary receptionist for23-31/12.
Job duties:

  • Perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers arrangement
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of reception counter area and conference rooms
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

  • F.5 / HKDSE or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
