Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support helpdesk hotline call handling
  • To solve customers technical problems (via phone & email)
  • To assist customers on using our services (via phone & email)

Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PC and email software
  • Patient with good problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge on web hosting, domain name, email system preferred
  • Basic knowledge of web programming (HTML, PHP, ASP) preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • For candidate with more experience, will be considered as Senior Technical Service Executive
  • For candidate with management experience, will be considered as Technical Service Supervisor
