NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Autonomous Fleet Operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Developer support on Fleet: Own the dev-test framework and lead the engineering team to allow developers to test on the AV fleet. Track, report and improve developer fleet usage, minimizing time to acquire useful feedback on changes..

  • Manage fleet engineering operations for production drives: Work with the Build and Quality team, to develop an efficient way to connect the testing requirements to the drive scaling team and the process surrounding build selection (Last known good).

  • Review and suggest new platforms to be onboarded: Perform reviews of upcoming platform architecture and usability changes on applicability to Fleet, handle the open issues for the field fleet usability and drive through the various teams

  • Track and improve stability initiatives on the fleet: Lead stability initiatives, define, build and report on stability KPIs, drive detailed RCCAs across the org.

  • Manage Safety process operations: Own the technical aspects of the Fleet safety process. Identifying and categorizing safety concerns, driving test creation for these concerns.

  • Track and improve Fleet Workflow and tooling : For defining the workflow and the tooling gaps, work with the platform teams to define a prioritized roadmap, and enable them to deliver it to the fleet.

Thought leadership:

  • Workflow & tooling: Support the tooling teams to rapidly prototyping solutions to unblock execution and working with the relevant tooling/ops teams to productionize them in a manner that is consistent with the broader process/ecosystem.

  • KPIs & analytics: support the KPI teams to Implementing, reporting, and analyzing E2E product KPIs to understand the current state of our software and advise product priorities.

  • In-car Dev testing service: support and use the in-car dev testing service in-car development testing service for new features, serving as the Fleet TL to review, execute feature or platform upgrades.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer science or relevant field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of program management experience.

  • Technically savvy, and motivated to learn new tech spanning Cloud to car.

  • Experience managing Fleet engineering teams or tooling teams.

  • Prior Program management experience with AV teams is a huge plus.

  • Be able to influence and thrive multi-functional teams.

  • Problem solver and 'Buck stops with you' leadership

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience in AV quality characterization, quantification, automation and control
