GPA marketing development in South China
  • Well understand the OP-AMP, audio, switch and smart reset, power management market and competitors.
  • Align with division and drive the roadmaps (by application, customers) to introduce the new products to customers R&D & Sourcing department, as well as training ST sales.
  • Define, plan and carry out the short to long-term strategies necessary for the product line including maximizing sales, gaining market share.
    New product proposal

  • Identify new product opportunities for OP-AMP, audio, switch and smart reset, power management

  • Work on NPP based on market trend and support DIV
    strategy with products roadmap

  • Foresee the technical requirements of the future to assure that product roadmaps are properly constructed to address the needs of the China market to ensure ST future products meet the needs of the market.
    Business Review and Follow up

  • Supporting regularpower management and Signal Conditioning& Interface review with local Sales team and Distributors, also DIV

  • Reporting key projects and clearly understand the customer and market trend for Signal Conditioning& Interface andpower management
    Training & Seminars

  • Carry out regular training to ST/Sales, Distributors and Seminars (OEM) by application or DIV

  • To participate local conferences and exhibitions
Profile
  • 6-10 years working experience in power management and Signal Conditioning& Interface.
  • English proficiency - business fluent.
