- Taking responsibility to Manage the Power Discrete (Mosfet, Rectifier, IGBT, Modules, WBG ) technical Marketing team in Central China, deploy product promotion to increase regional billing, supporting division for key technology promotion and new product development to increase market share. driving D-in/win activity especially in key account CTM, supporting market intelligence for product group
- To manage China Technical Marketing team by planning, organizing, integrating and measuring (appraises and interprets performance) to achieve the yearly target.
-Continuously identify opportunities to improve the Demand Planning process, proposing and implementing these improvement opportunities Profile
1) Power discrete Market development & Design-In/Win Activities
- Set up and drive specific roadmaps (by application, customers) in line with DIV
- Promote and design current and new products to customers
-Provide design-in/win consolidation to DIV to keep them update of China activity.
2) New Product development & Market survey
- Identify New Product Opportunities andalign with Division Marketing
- Provide market, application, customer and competitor survey to division
3) Power Discrete products Strategic development
- Develop selected key local customers featuring Power Discrete products contents
4) Training & Seminars for Power Discrete products
- New product release to sales, customer and distributors
- New technology introduction
5) Bachelor degree
