Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
  • Lead DPM Team to identify and build up Ecosystem Partners network
  • Conduct feasibility study and formulate 3 win partnership value proposition
  • Coordinate with different departments including Innovation Team, Marketing, COO, FCSS, CRM, T & O, T & M, GTS, etc and to plan, implement different credit/product program, API initiatives, SME onboarding cooperation and joint promotion etc. for Mass SME onboarding, spokes onboarding program and API initiatives
  • Lead DPM Team and work with different sales teams to make proper mass SME onboarding arrangement
  • Deliver the NCAs and related target as assigned
  • Manage and develop Ecosystem Partnership relation to continuously grow the spokes (mass SME customer onboarding)
  • Coach DPM Teams with different relevant knowledge and skills especially for Digibank platform and services.

  • Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics;
  • Relevant background in Tech-related industry would be an advantage;
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
  • Being a team player and responsive; strong project management and coordination skills;
  • Strong ecosystem and digital mindset;
  • Passionate in building up Ecosystem Partners network.
