They provide wide range of solutions including master trust schemes, industry schemes, and a pooled ORSO plan via in-house and third-party services. Due to continual expansion, they are currently seeking for a Digital Sales Team Head for their company.
Exciting new role for youAs a Digital Sales Team Head, you will be leading the digital engagement strategies and manage campaign budgets to achieve business targets. You will be focusing on Omni Channel Management, to increase digital sales channel’s efficiency, including email, SMS, MMS, etc. You will be driving digital sales activities and monitor the continuous improvement of different e-portals such as traffic, drop-out, closing and turnaround time.
Requirements- Over 8 years of digital marketing experiences in people management role from pension, insurance, banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in planning and executing digital sales projects
- Maintain Investment Representative License/MPF license and having passed the related examination as approved by SFC/MPFA from time to time
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEM and SEO; good knowledge in Adobe Analytics, tagging, campaign & funnel tracking, etc.
