Job Description


Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Job Objective:
  • Manage digital lending projects, and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders using our 4D (Discover-Define-Develop-Deliver) and Agile methodologies to achieve business outcomes
  • Align with Business Heads to determine digital lending roadmap and prioritize application development requirements based on business needs
  • Establish project governance structure to manage sprint planning, project risks assessment and resolution
  • Collaborate with Scrum Lead and Tech Lead to conduct sprint planning to create self-organizing teams to resolve issues and conflicts, and deliver target outcomes

Job Responsibilities:
  • Align with Business Heads to provide direction and secure resources for each project
  • Manage project governance, facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, and escalate any key risks and issues to Operating Committee and Steering Committee accordingly
  • Manage detailed project plan, business case and budget
  • Align with Business Heads to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Ensure delivery of target business outcomes as committed in business case
  • Build a cohesive environment where team members &lsquoown&rsquo the product and enjoy working on it
  • Coach project team members to enable them to utilize their unique potentials to drive and complete the project tasks independently
  • Conduct regular Operating Committee and Steering Committee meetings to provide management update and drive necessary decisions

Job Requirements:
  • University Degree with 10 -15 years of related experience in Corporate banking
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and across regions and functions to drive digital projects
  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments
  • Good understanding of loan products, general banking technology, and operational processes
  • Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Excellent change management and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Proactive and adaptable personality, able to work in a matrix structure
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time
  • Positive and entrepreneurial attitude
