Job Description

  • Create, resolve and close second level incidents/service requests in line with ITIL standards.
  • Manage IT hardware lifecycle, including local inventory management.
  • Support workplace infrastructure and global/local projects and deployments.
  • Provide support & guidance for onsite services by leveraging internal and external providers.
  • Identify and lead workplace digitization initiatives to elevate user experience.
  • Ensure that knowledge base articles are created and maintained.
  • Proactively deliver training and adoption activities to support end-users together with inline strategy from the onsite IT business partners
  • Active engagement with global / regional chapter, network and shared services to align and collaborate on strategic priorities (for example: working in scrum team).
  • Provide local and offsite meeting and event support and executive services
  • Accountable for promoting IT Satisfaction Survey and follow-up action planning
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Any other ad hoc tasks from IT business partner

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in IT related field/onsite support
  • Self-driven, proactive and experienced in case handling
  • Knowledge of Agile processes is desirable
  • Good written and spoken English

  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity and has a strong passion to bring value-adding technology to the business.
