Job Description The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for managing supply chain related programs and projects for example in areas relating to cost reduction, supplier quality improvement, business continuity and sustainability, ramp readiness or procurement transformation, etc. This position will require strong collaboration with our factory stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute strategies that enable Intel to meet its core business objectives. It is a critical role that requires effective communication and a strong drive for results. You will be asked to utilize data to support recommendations/proposals and ultimately drive important decisions for the company. In addition to leading programs and projects internal to Supply Chain, this individual will represent our department in cross functional teams across the site and global network. This may include presenting in front of senior site leadership and participating in strategic discussions at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities and Tasks Manages Supply Chain Projects or Programs where consistent decisions are made regarding the overall goals and objectives of significant programs or segments of the organization through all phases of the lifecycle. Has decision making authority at the program level. Sets direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical need vs business impact of project/program decisions and operates within the guardrails. Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Oversees identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs and communicates expectations to team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals. Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderate to complex processes. Leads, manages, and follows up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines. Is the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally Partner with other staff and leaders to develop strategies Effectively communicate how those department and site strategies support Intel's corporate strategies Motivate and inspire team members to participate in solving complex problems Promote an environment where psychological safety exists Embrace unique and innovative ideas Appropriately challenge the status quo Develop meaningful metrics to drive improved performance Monitor and track performance indicators (KPI) that clearly define success and lead to action Assist in prioritization of projects using an analytical approach Drive closure to gaps in metrics/KPI performance


The ideal candidate should exhibit the following qualifications and behavioral traits: Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering or business field is highly preferred 4+ years of Program management methodologies for schedules, cost, quality, and risks. 4+ years of experience managing complex large and multidisciplinary programs. 5+ years of semiconductor or supply chain experience. Experience gathering metrics and building reports and dashboards that detail program health including customer success project execution and team health. Experience in Power BI and other analytical tools is a plus PMP or equivalent a plus Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean /Sig Sigma Certifications a plus) Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management Familiarity with Sourcing Master data, Intel/Supplier business processes and comfortable engaging directly with external suppliers Behavioral Traits: Excellent teamwork and strong leadership skills, ability to cooperate well with global and site stakeholders, results oriented, driven/motivated Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and project management experience preferred Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate complex ideas and metrics into simple, actionable recommendations. Takes ownership of complex problems and mediate between interests and personalities, under pressure and timelines Leadership skills Written and oral communication and presentation skills including the skills to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel.
