Position Summary:
The Strategic Vertical Marketing Manager should have extensive background of strategic marketing. He/She will define go-to-market strategies, develop strategic marketing initiatives and drive execution for various industries. His/her expertise in Pharma/Biopharma/Healthcare/ market is critical, will need to work with cross- business and cross-functional teams in Hong Kong, China and from global to enhance brand awareness, drive market penetration and deliver demand generation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop vertical market value proposition, workflow, full portfolio to drive cross-divisional synergy and deliver strategic marketing approach.
  • Create and execute strategic marketing integrated campaigns to deliver integrated messages to the market including, x division events, digital marketing, social media and KOL community
  • Participate BD projects to contribute driving cross divisional business growth
  • Manage various associations and KOLs to enhance engagement with key players in the value chain, and lift Thermo Fisher's influence at higher level.
  • Drive cross-divisional marketing projects to present One Thermo Fisher solution to the market to generate incremental business growth.
  • A strong partner with integrated marketing team and divisional marketing teams to define strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads generation.
  • Align on strategy and implementation with key functions and divisional partners locally and globally as needed.

Education & Qualification:
  • B.S. Degree in scientific field, advanced marketing degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years managerial experience in healthcare/clinical or bioscience marketing
  • Leadership skills to develop the team, optimize the process and drive for innovation and excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and influential skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly entrepreneurial and has passion to drive new market, persistent and committed
