Job Description


Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materials

Be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting quarterly quota and fiscal year quota. Needs to be a high performer
Ability to maintain a healthy pipeline
Designing and executing winning sales strategies
Negotiate and Close
Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition
Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
Establish Rapport with CustomersQualifications
Bachelor's degree, Automation/ Chemical engineering or technology professional
At least 2 years on software solution sales experience (e.g. MES, APC, OTS) to customers in the oil & gas/ refinery/ Chemical related process industry.
Ability for writing English and general oral English.
