Job Description :
The role is responsible for perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of intercompany accounts, including but not limited to IC invoice booking, account reconciliation, aged item analysis, resolving queries from markets. Perform analytical tasks related to the intercompany reconciliations and follow up on Out Of Balance items. Able to lead and support various regional and global projects. Clear understanding and active support in company culture.
Role & Responsibility
  • Responsible for daily operation including ticket assignment, IC AR invoice booking, issue resolution and market enquiry etc.
  • Responsible for operation, review and lead on a group of markets, assist and support leader to guide and coach members.
  • Identify opportunity for process continuous improvement and work with leader to driver process optimization.
  • Review intercompany out of balance reconciliation, B/S and P&L elimination on a monthly or quarterly basis before the deadline.
  • Responsible for month end closing activities and make necessary journal entry adjustment.
  • Organize the quarterly balance sheet review meeting with key stakeholders and provide the solutions to the issues raised in the meeting.
  • Involve in Annual Statutory and Corporate Audit. Support in clarifying audit queries. Review the local audit reconciliation and support members to complete local audit related work.
  • Support members to solve complex problems and organize internal training to share the experience
  • Identify opportunities or risks during the daily operation and contribute ideas to CI and risk control
  • Support regional or global projects with good organizational and leadership skills
  • Follow global RCM control points and operate on an accounting compliance basis

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience
  • Strong Accounting knowledge and well understand IC end-to-end process
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Pfizer policies and an ability to analytically review
  • Ability to work independently, in a team and assist Team Lead/Manager on business issue resolution
  • Sensitive to data details and data accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong accounting compliance mindset
  • Good communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

  • Professional Accounting qualification (CPA/CMA/ACCA) is a plus
  • ERP/CI/Automation/Macro Project experience is a plus
  • ERP experience is preferred
  • Multinational environment experience
