Job Description
Job Duties: - Engage in presales activities to better understand clients’ technical pain points
- Suggest and develop corresponding cloud solutions to clients
- Responsible for project implementation for could solutions
- Ensure smooth project delivery and alight with service level agreement
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients as well as enhance, maintain and troubleshoot any related technical services
- Act as Technical Account Manager for dedicated clients
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System and any other related disciplines
- Hands on experience in cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, Azure & Alicloud, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure and Applications (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Exchange Hybrid, Enterprise Mobility + Security, MS Azure and Office 365 and DNS, etc) is highly desired
- Experienced in client-facing and dealing with non-technical audience
- Excellent Infrastructure or solutions project deployment skills
- Outgoing and passionate with good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
