Job Description
1.Responsibility across customer teams and across BUs for SW/Service Sales
2.Prepare and conduct value based customer offers, from pre-selling to deal-closing
3.Derive and support implementation of Software & Service strategy, develop Service Sales approach
4.Collaborate externally with OEM stakeholders and decision makers and internally with GCTs, acquisition managers, BU-PRM, and engineering
5.Convince customers by creative and consultative selling of complex service solutions
6.Develop innovative solutions for pricing, selling and negotiating Software & Services
7.Support frame contract negotiations with regard to SW & Services and support setup of terms & conditions for customer offers
8.Collaborate globally across customer teams and across BUs within XC
9.Enabling customer teams, be internal expert/consultant for SW/Service selling
Qualifications
1.Sales or Product Management experience (negotiation, acquisition, pricing, business modelling) for Software and Services
2.Customer focus to understand customers challenges, build commitment throughout the buying process and position products and services in a compelling way
3.Experience with Software & services (commercial and/or technical)
4.Strong communication skills and presentation skills to convince internally and externally
5.High flexibility in time and content in a dynamic customer and product environment are volatile
6.Ability to handle various topics simultaneously
7.Target oriented, hands-on mentality, structured working
8.Quickly builds up network, easily finds access to various teams, a go-to-person
9.Self-confident/assertive
