We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.
. The job holder is responsible for Technical delivery of projects by providing technical / process guidance to project teams and be a subject matter expert for the technology and guide delivery teams for Contact Center teams across other centers for process/system improvements.
. Specialist provides guidance to multiple project teams. The responsibilities entail areas such as execution of production support, creating knowledge base, and producing relevant data for trending and analysis purpose. The job holder works closely with group Telecom teams.
. Team leaders, and Managers to understand the scope of work, format, and the expectations. The role holder also often liaises with the other technology teams for support purposes. Qualifications
. 3+ years of experience in Contact center.
. University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
. The ideal candidate for this role will have good leadership skills, with appropriate technical expertise.
. A Deep understanding of Genesys CC platform)
. Managing IVR and contact center infrastructure.
. Must work with confidence under limited supervision and provide detailed reports
. Conduct regular maintenance of Telecommunication systems and other contact center infrastructure equipment's.
. Manage disaster recovery of Telecommunication infrastructure and installations.
. Manage capacity planning for all telephony services and equipment and setting up Telecommunication infrastructure.
. Regularly review open issues and action items with the internal and external parties.
. Coordinates and supports field personnel regarding installation of hardware/software on various platforms.
. Vendor communication/relationship.
. Familiar with Voice Bio and Nuance Products
. Detailed network knowledge.
. After hours on-call support is required. These hours can be unpredictable at times.
. Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience
. Good command of English
