Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategy, campaigns and content pillars for Bank’s social media platforms to create online communities for the bank
  • Engaging written and visual contents to build social presence of the bank, drive organic followers and engagement as well as delivering bank’s messages to the target audiences
  • Manage various social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • To explore collaboration opportunities and engage with KOL and influencers to drive various marketing objectives, such as brand awareness and audience engagement
  • To develop community events to active followers of our social communities and convert them into our brand promoters
  • To be an active listener across all social community to deliver responsive and appropriate engagement to comments proactively.
  • To develop KPI, key winning matrix and regular reports to drive success for social media and awareness of the Bank at social media
  • To develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPI will be met and reaction can be done in time
  • To provide analysis and learnings from data and reports and derive actionable insights that can drive followers and foster engagement for social communities.
  • Stay tuned with social media news and technology and advise adoption where appropriate
Requirement:
  • University graduated with 5 years of social media management experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of latest Social media measurement tools and multi-social posting programs
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, photoshop, movie maker is an advantage
  • Passionate about social media, keen to drill into data, agile to stay competitive, interested to gamify and reinvent what’s existing and excited to build something differently in a start-up
