What are my responsibilities Consults with customers on technical solution, in cooperation with Sales, Key Account manager and other business unit. Prepare the bidding document as per customer’s requirement (Solution business) Cooperate with customer for the clarifications and contract negotiation afterwards Following Siemens project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery Managing the project risk and opportunities in project execution Meeting contractual delivery time and key milestone, get FAC on time Monitoring project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action Making project resource plan and discussing with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution Motivating the project team members to ensure project success Ensuing supplier selection and negotiation together with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team Managing customer expectation and satisfaction What do I need to qualify for the job 3 years and above working experience on Project management at automation industry A Bachelor’s Degree and above Fluency in English in oral and written Good communication, coordination, teamwork and leadership skills Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
