What are my responsibilities
1. Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services, provide the quotation to customer for non-warranty service and spare parts.
处关于产或务的订咨询相关需求,对于外的备件务,供报价。
2. Service contract management and risk control
务管以风险控制
3. Customer & supplier & BP management
客户供应商以作伙伴管
4. Service business development from external customer
开外部客户的务业务
5. Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
客户销售进行订问题的澄清
6. Follow up and record the service activities, make the delivery on time.
跟踪并记录务进度,确时交货。
7. Internal service order creation and follow, spare parts warranty period management.
内部务订的创建以跟踪,备件质期管
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完领导交办的其它任务。
What do I need to qualify for this job
• at least 2 years working experience in customer service, business assistant, quotation management etc.; SAP user.
至少2年以上在客户务,商务支,报价管等方的工作验,熟练使用SAP
• Good at interpersonal communication
擅长人际交
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software
熟悉办公软件
• Media level in English spoken and written.
良好的英语读写能力
• Have responsibility, carefulness, team spirit
有责任心,仔细认真,有团队精神
