Job Description :
Roles and responsibilities: 1. Efficient and effective completion of instrument installations at customer sites. 2. Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling, fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality. 3. Ensure that all customers are adequately trained on instrumentation. Ensure that customer software is updated timely if new software versions are released permanently improving the quality of our services. 4. Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 5. Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate. 6. Good cooperation with distributors. 7. Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents. 8. Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding. Education and Requirements: Working experience => 2 years. Good experience in Service within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record. Bachelor degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics.
