Position Description: 1.Have vision of the industry best practice and guide finance business to achieve corporate strategy with the solution; 2. Represent Finance team to participate in cross-function projects; 3. Identify business requirements from various business units for finance/accounting/tax process and reporting, work with relevant IT functions to produce workable solution proposals 4. Track project progress closely to ensure on-time delivery and flawless operations 5. Coordinate cross-function teams to identify issues that lead to inaccurate finance result, reporting, and propose solutions accordingly 6. Lead cross-function teams to establish and/or optimize finance processes to support various business scenarios 7. Review, develop and optimize service finance and operation treatment principles to align with business nature and needs Position Requirements: 1. Involved in enterprise information projects in large SAP application enterprises, familiar with SAP/Oracle FICO practices in manufacturing enterprises 2. At least 3 year experience in project management practices 3. We are looking for a number of skills which are listed below (candidates will likely have very deep skills in one area or a combination of skills across several of the areas): a) CPA certificate b) PMP certificate c) Experience in warranty Cost Analysis d) Experience in Service and Warranty Analysis e) Experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis and features f) Well developed oral and written communication skills g) Strong presentation skills h) Ability to prioritize and multi-task i) Effective problem-solving skills j) Development and implementation of new operating models/reorganisation Operating model design in Finance, Accounting, Treasury,Tax Skills, talent, organization design in these areas Proven ability to rapidly distil key facts from multiple sources where you either have too much or too little information, and to synthe appropriate ideas and actions to move forwards Thorough understanding of project management, e.g. plans, BMS, BP, UAT, RT, PPS Have an approach to working with your teams that gets the most out of them but also brings them along with the change and grows them as individuals Experience or desire to shape client propositions and requirements
