Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Safety Quality Technician III is responsible for completing a variety of sensory evaluation and monitoring tasks to ensure that the plant operates in compliance with our food safety programs, product standard and customer requirements. In this role, you will influence people who are not direct reports to achieve overall quality standards, help the continuous improvement of product quality.
Key Accountabilities
. Master product standards ,Sensory evaluation and table record of every bath products and parts of products second sensory other temporary sensory.
. ALL equipment operation and safety early about sensory evaluation.
. New product Cooking validation and record analysis.
. Combined with QA shelf life test and record, Selection of sample, packing and send sample product
. Maintain sensory evaluation and food safety records, imputing and assigning deviation reports as required.
. Complete food safety, sanitation, operational, risk material and control room monitoring.
. Review daily material processing procedures and verify all applicable monitoring documents, taking immediate corrective actions when deviations are identified.
. Conduct daily inspections of the plant for each one of the critical control points and sanitation monitoring zones, ensuring all monitors are adhering to the written food safety programs.
. Communicate deviations to management and ensure they are documented, assigned correctly and completed in a timely manner and follow up on corrective actions and preventative measures to ensure they are effective.
. Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
. High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
. Experience with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications
. Knowledge of food safety concepts, including hazard management and governmental agency requirements
. Able to represent the company during third party audits and governmental agency verifications
. Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. College degree in food science and other related majors.
. Minimum of two years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
. Experience or knowledge of QA monitoring or sensory evaluation.
