Responsibilities
1. Responsible Relevant analysis of the combination of automotive advertising products and business, such as: advertising effect evaluation and optimization, crowd analysis, etc. 2. Responsible for the operation analysis of the automotive business line, such as: company budget, HC and salary-related measurement and analysis 3. Understand the front-line business situation, help the business analyze customer needs, and give sales strategy suggestions 4. Evaluate the implementation of operational strategies, conduct in-depth special research on the problems in the implementation process, and make suggestions for the adjustment of business strategies 5. Lead the production of daily and monthly reports, and track business analysis work every day, write business briefings every day, and form a company performance feedback and problem tracking mechanism 6. Responsible for industry research related work, connect external data, and provide business lines Better data support.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred, 5 years and above experience in business analysis, business analysis and data operation, SQL and Excel ability Excellent, proficiency in statistical software such as Python is a plus 2. Internet and management consulting work experience is preferred 3. Sensitive to data, able to see problems from data, and innovatively find solutions to form replicable patterns 4. Excellent coordination ability, excellent logical language expression ability 5. Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork ability, and strong pressure resistance ability.
