To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Suzhou.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer role involves
What a typical day looks like:
  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
  • Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
  • Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
  • Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
  • Lead and guide a group of QA Leaders/Inspectors in inspecting and controlling the processes and products quality during the NPI and mass-production in accordance with the specified standards
  • Ensure the line leaders and inspectors perform quality control activities according to the Quality Plan, and guide them in the interpretation of process and product quality specifications
  • Coordinate and enforce ECO/PCN approval process
  • Review and compile the trend/improvement analysis and report the status to CFT and customers.
  • Ensure product meets Safety Regulatory Requirements
  • Supervise and initiate reaction plan for out of control situations and implement continuous improvement activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • College's or above degree,
  • At least 5 years experience as Quality Engineer dealing with customer and process in EMS or OEM industry.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, technical information
  • Write reports and general correspondence
  • Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Ability to present information one on one and small groups, as well with customer
  • Good track records in quality management
  • Good English skills both in speaking and writing.
  • Mandatory knowledges on ISO 9001 Quality System, 5C/8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QC 7 tools
