Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform

This position reports directly to the Aerospace Honeywell APAC ISC VP and is for the daily operations of company pursuant to the leadership of the Asia Pacific leadership team and shall have the authorities and responsibilities defined in the Joint in the Articles of Association of the company. You will manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibility:
1. Execution of all aspects of for the site including: Delivery, Quality, Safety, R&O/AMS metrics, Cost, Inventory, Productivity and People
2 Develop and manage AOP and strategy deployment plan for the site
3. Implement the decision adopted by the leadership and be responsible of setting up a rigorous and tight MOS, MOR, SIOP and implementing HOS in the plant
4. Lead HOS culture and maturity and deploy higher levels of full scale deployment. Adopt HOS and six sigma as key enablers to achieve results
5. Ensure that HSE compliance, Delivery and Quality are of utmost priority throughout the site.
6. Ensure employee communication plan roll outs involving all employees at site, drive employee engagement and communication forums.
7. Ensure effective communication and employee engagement
8. He has responsibilities of ensuring integrity of financial reports and ensure that the policies and procedures are comply to the spirit of the letters
9. All business matters that may impact the performance or reputations of the company must be
managed in accordance to local laws and are in line with company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
The candidate must be a strategic thinker with excellent employee development skills and leadership impact including:
1. Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and manage talent, Aerospace industry
2. Strong business acumen: Ability to develop operating plans, budgets, capX, cost components and financial statements
3. Strong analytical skills and effective conflict resolution skills
4. Demonstrated ability in diplomatic problem solving abilities and influencing skills
5. Able to make quick and sound business judgments using limited data
6. Solid Lean experience and knowledge will be preferred
7. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
8. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English.
9. Site Leader experience is preferred
