In an ongoing effort to enhance our employee experience, this role is to support the ongoing transformation and digitisation of our learning & development offerings. He/ She will be responsible for the central coordination and administration of a range of online and offline learning & talent development activities, projects as well as ensuring the maintenance of central learning and development systems, processes and reports.
The Job
  • Support the smooth implementation of innovative learning & development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellbeing, and leadership development.
  • Contribute to the identification of learning & development needs within FWD HK & Macau via annual learning needs analysis.
  • Implements and maintains learning management systems, processes, procedures, and records (including accurate tracking of learning progress against targeted timescales and assist in periodic reporting as needed)
  • Undertake initial vendor sourcing and screening to identify appropriate external learning partners, and is responsible for ensuring related due diligence, procurement and requisition procedures are followed properly.
  • Coordinates companywide employee engagement activities and surveys as needed.
  • Support internal communications and ongoing transformation efforts relating to learning, development, engagement activities, and culture change initiatives across FWD HK & Macau

The Person
  • Degree educated in Human Resources or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience including working in an fast paced, agile & customer centric environment
  • Demonstrable experience in strong execution/ coordination of learning & development activities, large scale internal events, undertaking needs analysis and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of training and development principles, practices, methods, and procedures
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Sound technical skills to troubleshoot and support training venue and systems set up
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual and a team player.
