1. Perform a key role in driving the transformation of data analytics process and develop experience dashboard
2. Perform deep dive analyses to provide insights of emerging insurance risks to the business, and then drive the effective management of operating experiences and annual operating assumption setting.
Job Descriptions:
  • Drive the transformation of the data analytics process (development of tools for more advanced predictive analysis, e.g. MSSQL, Python) and develop experience dashboard
  • Perform deep dive studies, conduct regular experience monitoring and reporting to provide insights of emerging insurance risks to the business and to facilitate modelling of these risks under economic valuation regime (e.g. mortality improvements, policyholder options and behaviour).
  • Provide support in the operating assumption setting based on experience and long term view with the consideration of various financial metrics across earning and solvency basis.
  • Provide support on the organization of various insurance risk advisory committees (Persistency and Claims) and the preparation of relevant meeting materials / actuarial experience analysis..

Job Requirements:
  • University graduate majoring in Actuarial Science or equivalent subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of actuarial working experience.
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent.
  • Experience in data analytic and experience monitoring is preferred
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently under a fast-paced business environment and perform multiple tasks when needed
  • Knowledge of Prophet and data analytical tools (e.g. MSSQL, Python) an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English
