Our Client, a reputable virtual bank is seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to support their operation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall daily operation
- Perform the full range of customer service duties; provide customer service and assistance to the public; answering Banking enquires by phone and email.
- Handle enquires / complaints of customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Associate degree holder or above
- Minimum 2 years of retail banking / phone banking experience
- Experience in customer support service is highly preferred
- Retail banking staff is also highly preferred
- Good at English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages
- Knowledge in using MS office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
