New Product (Pipeline) Planning Deep dive in strategic TAs and build profound market knowledge and provide valuable local business insights to strongly support asset developement and commercialization strategy from early stage to pre-launch Be responsible for the evaluation of new product (pipeline) opportunities with solid business case based on comprehensive considertions on market and product evaluation, registration, clinical development and market access strategy ,as well as presenting China commercial opportunities arcoss China ,JAPAC and Global teamto support decision-making Establish close working relationship /well project management with internal functional teams from global /JAPAC / China to ensure the alignment of global and China development program to address China-specific commercial needs for new products Work with the finance team and JAPAC commercial team to develop accurate LPR forecast for pipeline products based on insightful market assumptions and the latest environmental and policy changes. Companion Diagnostics Planning Understand China CDx market trend and build profund CDx development knowledge and insighs to support relevant product development Collaborate with global commercial development team, CDx developmet team and optimize local CDx strategy to well prepare for future drug commercialization Launch Readiness Drive cross function project cooperation in pre-launch strategy planning and external stakeholders early engagement to accelerate new product introduction into China market &maximize product therapeutic value to deliver best patient outcomes Qualifications EXPERIENCE: Industry experiences: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical related industry Position experiences-Essential Minimum 1 years working experience on New Product Planning or Marketing, solid tumor related is preferred, plus minimum 2 years consulting experience with relevant projects in pharmaceutical industry Rich experiences of business case analysis and forecast model Strong communication skills and experience with global team Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint Other Special requirement: Business acumen and analytical skills Good understanding of new product launch and development process Good execution and project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong personal drive and teamwork mindset Keen interest in Strategy and new product planning Travel Yes, 15 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
