Job Description :

    •Responsible for direct communication and engagement with Key HCPs by using mult-channel tools.
    •Build and maintain long-term relationships with key HCPs from key hospitals for responsible territory.
    •Achieve shared business goals with BU field force teams.
    •Deal with all field medical related requests that may arise from Key HCPs.
    •Collect, summarize and analyse external customer’s academic needs.
    •Entertain remote scientific communication with HCPs by using all MC2 channels(SMS, WeChat, Video calls , physical calls) with pre-defined call requirements (call numbers, durations, quality, and etc.)
    •Act as key link with external customers for Sanofi China sponsored regional events on given occasions to deliver the medical information.
    •Build and maintain long-term relationships with key HCPs from key hospitals with off line and on line channels.
    •Work closely with BU field force team to accomplish shared business goals for responsible territory.
    •Master the professional knowledges and skills including but not limited to: corporate compliance policies, SOPs, product knowledge, promotion skills, territory management framework and etc.
    Medical background (pharmacist or doctor degree)
    Experience & knowledge:
    - 1-2 year working experience in medical & sales functions in Life science industry, or have previous experience in a customer support role/Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
    - Experience in digital or phoning experience environment is a plus
    - Good communication skills (medical & sales ) and be able to identify and resolve problems
    - Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
    - Good team spirit
