Description

Objectives
  • Commercial marketing with Formulation Additives and Performance Additives
  • Support APAC new product launches
  • Support marketing tools requirement
  • Market/ customer opportunity validation and supports

Main Tasks
  • Input on business cases for future product launches.
  • Coordination of defined product launches. Establish promotional toolkits and drive sales for new product launches.
  • Get involved strongly in Phase-Gate process and steer the project in time successfully (more involvement of local sales, customer voice and etc).
  • Quarterly tracking on launch efficiency KPI. Enhance sub-regional team success stories sharing. Monitor customer samplings feedback and registration requirement.
  • Definition of growth opportunities from sub-regions. Consolidate and update sales pipeline monthly and monitor success(=hit) ratio.
  • Perform sales analysis up to industry, product group, customer group and etc in timely manner to align global strategy.
  • Monitoring of strategy implementation. Calculation of strategic growth gap, definition of measures to close the gap.
  • Coordination of Additives activities within the ED team (press releases, presentations, stand-team, exhibits, promotional material, etc). Support requirements for solution finder, value cards, brochures, etc.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree in marketing, business or Science in Chemistry or above.
  • Working Experience: > 5 years experience in marketing management. Coatings or additives background is desired but not essential.
