1.Define the scope and strategy of key accounts of Spectroscopy level and developing vertical initiatives to support BU whole business target.
2.Set up tracking and evaluating mechanism on key accounts and vertical initiatives to monitor strategic directions, to identify opportunities and challenges for sales team, and facilitate communications and problem solving cross product lines and functions.
3. Work closely with sales and marketing team to drive sales in key accounts and vertical initiatives with SPEC total solution on customer workflow
4. Responsible for leading and managing key projects and vertical initiatives to achieve sales target and gain market share. Include setting and meeting Revenue/Booking/Pipeline target number.
5.Lead and Develop key account team members on execute tasks and building capabilities.
6.Understand and gain insights of market and industry dynamics, to ensure capture new opportunity and capitalize market trends.
