Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Department of Computer Science (Ref.: 515471) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with work experience in a tertiary institution. Applicants with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for post of Senior Executive Assistant. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential. They should have a strong sense of responsibility, good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. They should be able to attend to details, handle complex tasks, and work independently.
The appointee will join the programme administration team and provide full spectrum of administrative support to the undergraduate and/or research postgraduate programmes, including but not limited to admission, course enrolment, examination and teaching quality matters. The appointee will also provide support to other department operations (such as matters related to research, finance and human resources), assist in organising committee meetings and events, and handle other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
