Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement documented EHS procedure for new project
- Ensure the compliance of EIA, SIA and HIA
- Identify plant risk and improvement opportunities and take correction actions
- Conduct EHS evaluation in case of new process, new facility, new equipment and the change of them.
- EHS training to staffs and employees, and other actions to improve EHS awareness in companywide
- Work with each department to implement risk assessment and environmental identification then follow up the correction & preventive action to achieve plant EHS target and continue to improve performance
- Implement incident and accident report procedure, organize the root cause analysis and follow up the improvement
- Necessary EHS work from Corporate and Government or the relative regulatory agency
- Lead to organize all types of emergency drills
- Implement and meet the requirements of GSS and GES
- Plan and organize EHS activities and promote EHS culture
- Others assigned by supervisor
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above with Environment/safety/chemical background
- At least 8 years EHS working experience
- Strong knowledge of all EHS procedures and requirements
- Familiar with the requirements and procedure of EIA, SIA and HIA
- Certified safety engineer
Desired Skills
- Good oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
- Be a team player and have a good problem-solving skill
