Overview:

  • Act as project lead to plan, deliver, and manage end-to-end digital transformation and ecommerce projects with IT teams, business users and other key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals

  • Review and identify customer journey of all platforms and formulate strategy to uplift customer experience

  • Manage user acceptance testing, support implementation and go-live issue resolution, and oversee post-launch BAU tasks

  • Develop and formulate project strategy and roadmap based on business insights, data analytics, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Oversee the implementation of digital platforms and solutions, assess the impacts & provide recommendations.

  • Manage resource allocation and balance project scope, time, and cost.

  • Study and understand market trend and technology development to suggest and drive potential digital initiatives and features

  • Perform stakeholder management and communicate effectively with decision makers, steering committee, vendors, and end users

  • Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, risks, and contingencies that may arise during the course of project

  • Facilitate cross functional teams to solve complex business problems and deploy innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in IT related discipline is preferred

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation and project management roles

  • Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles and leading projects involving multiple internal / external stakeholders

  • Proven experience in delivering digital transformation projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies in complex environment

  • Exceptional communication, project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time

  • Experience in E-commerce is a definite advantage Insurance / Consultancy background is a plus

  • Be analytical and budget awareness with great attention to details

  • Obsessed with an excellent customer experience

  • Good at stakeholder management and people management

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience may be considered as Digital Project Manager.
