About this opportunity

Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Functional System Developer for base station radio unit development. What you will do

You will be responsible for Ericsson 5G Radio base station product design with following activities:

Lead and participate in Systemization & Requirements decomposition of new Radio products, variants, or features into lower-level functional blocks
Contribute and drive Systems Studies for new products, variants, or features
Lead cross-function team in feasibility and development to secure product release with good quality on time and competitive cost.
Functional behavior analysis of Common Radio and analyzing associated impacts based on the requirements
Formal Requirements documentation and traceability
Strategic Product Management and Customer Units
Contribute to continuous improvements of products, tools, and processes
Contribute to Innovation and Ericsson IPR, file Invention disclosures and Patents
Mentoring of junior talent
Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure

You will bring

Bachelor or Master of Science or Ph.D. degree in telecommunication or Electric Engineering or equivalent area
Experience on design on FPGA or SW or signal processing is preferred.
Proficient skills of C /C++ /MATLAB programming
3-5 years experience working directly in the development of radio products
Good learning and communication skill
Highly motivated, a self-starter, and a great teammate
Good English skills, both verbal and written, providing effective communication building positive relationships internally as well as externally
